Crab Legs
Crab legs are so simple to serve. Just clean the crab legs and put them into a roasting pan with a cup of water. Seal tightly with aluminum foil, then pop into a preheated 400°F oven for about 20 minutes. Carefully remove the foil, then serve the crab legs with drawn butter, a squeeze of lemon and a seafood cracker and pick. Plan on 3/4 lb. of crab legs per person.
